Terms and Conditions

Learning Pod

ENROLLMENT

  • Enrollment is on a Monthly or per class basis. 
     

  • Payment of tuition is the only guarantee for your child’s slot- this is a first come, first served basis as we cannot hold a slot for a student who is not guaranteed to enroll.
     

  • Parents/Learning partners will be added in a Viber group to facilitate smooth class-related communication.
     

  • All data and personal information received is kept confidential and used for class and internal purposes only.

ATTENDANCE

  • Absences due to illness or personal reasons will neither be refunded nor scheduled for a make up class. Please inform your teacher should the child be absent.
     

  • There will be no classes on government mandated holidays.

​DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURE

  • Only one Parent or Learning partner is allowed to be with the child during class.
     

  • Please come in no earlier than 15 minutes before class and pick up no later than 15 minutes after class.

CLASSES

  • Baby Class is 1 hour and Toddler Class is 1.5 hours.
     

  • The child should at all times be wearing a good-fitting mask and socks. 
     

  • Learning partner should observe a gentle manner of speaking and also be dressed appropriately during class.
     

  • Please keep your child home should they display any of the following symptoms:

    • Fever or chills

    • Flu-like symptoms

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Headache

    • Sore throat

    • Congestion or runny nose

    • Nausea or vomiting

    • Diarrhea
       

  • Please prepare the following for your child to bring in class: 

    • A change of clothes (shirt, pants/shorts, leggings or dress, a pair of socks)

    • Bottle of water

    • Extra masks

    • Diapers (if needed) and wipes

​PHOTOS / VIDEOS

  • The school may record and take photos of classes for the purpose of evaluation and documentation. Please indicate on the enrollment form if you wish to keep the child’s face private at all times.
     

  • Learning partners are encouraged to take photos or videos of their own children during class. Kindly tag us:
     

  • Learning partners are discouraged from posting photos/videos of other children in their personal social media accounts.
